Encoder Sensor for Mimaki JV3 & GP-604 Linear Encoder Sensor for Mimaki JV3 This is the sensor that reads the 180 dpi encoder strip used in the Mimaki JV3 and GP-604 Models. A damaged Encoder Sensor can cause vertical lines to appear in the print, cause the print to "staircase" to the left or right or cause the printer to lay down no ink at all!
