The provide 99.9% ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB) protection to 385 nanometers, and they have an anti-scratch coating to prolong lens life. The protective eyewear has a rimless lens design to reduce weight on the face, and an officially licensed National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) logo decorates the left temple of the frame. The wraparound frame and 9.75 base curve extend the range of peripheral protection. This eyewear meets the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) Z87.1-2010 high impact standard, the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) EN 166 standard, and the Canadian Standards Association (CAN/CSA) Z94.3 - 2007 standard for quality assurance.
