A closer examination revealed that the cylinder walls had been pitted. While the unit may not be suitable for use, its components remain intact. The Enerpac RCS1002 hydraulic cylinder boasts an impressive 100-ton capacity and can withstand as much as 10,000 psi. During rigorous testing, however, the unit displayed slight inconsistencies and leaks. The plunger, stop ring, return spring, and handle are all in excellent condition and ideal for repurposing.
