The flat freight rate we show in our listings are based on the assumptions that the buyer is in the lower 48 states, and meets one of these criteria: 1) is a commercial site with a dock 2) is a commercial site and have the capability of taking the item off the freight trailer with your own labor. 3) are willing to pick it up yourself at the locat FedEX freight terminal (this option is open to both commercila and residential consumers). If the item is to be delivered to a residence, a smaller truck with a liftgate will be required, and these services required added fees. Please ask for a manual invoice to cover the cost of a delivery truck with a lift gate if you wish residential service.
