Enterprise 8 Quart Lard Press Cast Iron Sausage Stuffer Fruit Apple Cider Farm e This is an all original 8 quart old ENTERPRISE antique iron lard press or sausage stuffer food press that was made by " PATENT JULY 11, 1876 ~ ENTERPRISE MFG CO ~ PHIL." Notice the embossed letters across the arch of the iron that gives us this information. The gears are good but need oiling. Wooden handle on the crank and this one that you will enjoy using, especially if you enjoy making your own sausage meats. Press measures 19" to top of arch, 11 1/2" wide at widest point on arch by 12" front to back at the feet.  Bowl is 9" deep by 8" diameter. Comes with strainer plate, nozzle ring and nozzle and press plate. Does show authentic age and wear. It has been repaired(as shown in picture) and small knob that holds arch in place is broken.This old iron press will make an excellent addition to your own antique collection!
