 The HT-641 machine can be used to pack regularly shaped products such as crackers, cookies, candies, bar soap, etc. The HT-641 automatically performs all steps in the packaging process including forming the bag and seals, wrapping the product, embossing a user defined date or lot code, and cutting the bag. The HT-641 forms seals on both ends and the backside of the package, and is compatible with all common multilayer packaging materials including paper, foil, PE, OPP, etc. The HT-641 uses double frequency conversion to control bag length and packaging speed. The HT-641 features a Schneider inverter, Teco master motor, and Yamatake temperature controller. The HT-641 has stainless steel at contact surfaces with the product, and features solid state electronics to control sealing temperature and material film speed. Bag length, packaging speed, dispensed volume, and sealing temperature are adjustable parameters. The HT-641 works in or out of registration tracking mode.
