Stair Brothers ----------------------- This auction is for an EPC-410 Epoxy Tube with Nozzle. This tube is used exclusively with our epoxy gun (sold in store). Each tube can install about 20 balusters (using a dime size drop top and bottom). This is a quick dry and non-drip epoxy that dries fairly clear.  It is the #1 recommended iron baluster installation epoxy. ----------------------- About Us We are the #1 online stair parts supplier in the USA. We have a large warehouse where we actually stock our product. The other guys just drop ship so you never know the vendor of product you might receive, but not with us! Shipping & Returns Depending on the total weight, all items will be shipped UPS Ground (under 150 pounds) or on a pallet via Freight Truck (over 150 pounds). We ship out within 24 hours M-F. Shipping takes 3-5 days anywhere in the 48 US States. We do not ship internationally. In the event of our mistake or shipping damage, we can reship the product. We can accept back exchanges or returns within 2 weeks from the date you receive your product. After 2 weeks we no longer accept back any exchanges or returns. Buyer responsible to ship exchange / returned parts back and a 25% restocking fee will apply (covers our cost of packaging and employee salary to pull pack and ship your part) Payment Information Payment required up front before shipment.
