This offering is for 1 (one) half gallon (64oz) of E84 rated Epoxy Hybrid resin This resin was initially designed for heavy industry application in which parts etc are exposed to a multitude of abrasive materials and harsh chemical environments. We found that this same resin was a good match for making more utilitarian parts such as wall panels, roofing, car fenders etc because of its broad-spectrum toughness. Ever make a part for inside the engine compartment and wonder what would happen in the case of a fire? Its not good, thats why you need to be using fire rated product that is also impervious to chemicals such as gas, oil, cleaners Continuous service temperatures up to 175° C (350° F) with occasional upsets up to 315° C (600° F). Appropriate for applications requiring Class1 (ASTM E-84) fire performance. Appropriate for a wide range of acids, bases, chlorides, solvents and oxidizers. Comparable to, and often exceeding, other materials of construction, including high-priced nickel alloys.   Adaptable to a broad range of formulations for optimum performance in a wide variety of fabrication processes, including contact molding, filament winding, pultrusion, infusion and RTM.  Demonstrates high strength, low weight and excellent thermal insulating properties, allowing for easy installation and exceptional overall performance. Air Pollution Control, Mineral Processing (abrasion resistance), Chemical Processing, water/wastewater applications as well FULL MSDS PROVIDED WITH DELIVERY
