Eppendorf 022493000 0.1-10uL epTIPS Loretention Dualfilter Sterile 192 Tips in 2 racks of 96 Tips epT.I.P.S.® LoRetention DualFilter pipet tip has a volume of 0.1 to 10µL S and is supplied in racks Ultrahydrophobic, ultrahomogenous surface guarantees maximum sample recovery, improved reproducibility, and higher sensitivity Ideally suited for all applications with samples that contain detergents; liquids roll off the uncoated tip completely, so that almost no sample remains in the tip Autoclavable, with high chemical resistance and 5-year shelf life PCR Clean/sterile/pyrogen-free The Sterile PCR Clean epT.I.P.S.® LoRetention Dualfilter pipet tip has a volume of 0.1 to 10µL S and is supplied in racks. The ultrahydrophobic, extremely homogenous surface of the epT.I.P.S.® LoRetention tip is achieved through an innovative treatment at the molecular level called the 'Pearl Effect' technology. The tip is uncoated and free from additives, preventing bleeding into the sample. Liquids roll off completely, so that almost no sample remains in the tip. Air bubbles and foaming are significantly reduced during pipetting. This unique material property guarantees maximum sample recovery, improved reproducibility, and higher sensitivity. Simplify differentiation of racks and reloads through a new, clear lid with a white seal. When open, the writing 'LoRetention' can be seen from the inside. The reusable seal also makes it possible to label existing epT.I.P.S.® boxes. Tip is autoclavable, with high chemical resistance and a 5-year shelf life. The epT.I.P.S.® LoRetention tip is ideally suited for all applications with samples that contain detergents, including isolation, purification and denaturation of proteins, restriction digestions and ligations, and pipetting DNA ladders during gel electrophoresis. Particularly with sensitive PCR and real-time PCR preparation of enzyme solutions and master mixes, the low-retention surface can increase reproducibility and notably reduce the loss of expensive reagents depending on the reagent solution by up to 5%.
