As you know with most government agencies, when a new grant comes in, they have to justify the grant by buying new equipment leaving very useful equipment for surplus. COMES AS SHOWN!  Lots of cosmetic wear /discolored.    Very dirty.  Power cord cut off.  No means to test!  USA CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST, sold as is for parts or repair!  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS- NO MEANS TO TEST,  SOLD AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.  1.
