Eppley Labs Standard Cell Model 103 Up for auction is a used Eppley Labs Standard Cell Model 103. This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are a few minor scratches on the casing of the item but this should not effect the functionality of the item. The positive and negative connectors are in good condition as well. Please refer to the photos below for more details. This item was connected to a voltmeter and did not show any power. We changed the settings and still did not get anything with the voltmeter. We are unsure of the reason that it does not show any power. Since we are unable to test the complete functionality of the item this item must be sold as is.
