Epson Stylus Pro 7900 that I had purchased new from K&M Camera here in New York in 2009. I still have the original receipt. It cost $3,650 plus $200 delivery (plus inks) back then. This machine was sparingly used, as I am mainly an analog photographer. Only 1,975 prints were made in its lifetime (see pictures). Naturally, it has developed clogged nozzles because I simply didn't use it enough. It seems to work fine except for the clogged nozzle issues. I just ran a nozzle test print (including in the attached images) to illustrate the condition. I was going to go ahead and perform a power cleaning prior to selling, but there is not enough of a few ink colors in order for the machine to proceed. I'll leave the cleaning for the new owner. The last time I seriously used the machine was in 2019 for a large solo exhibition of portraiture. I had scanned many 8x10 negatives (I shoot large format) in order to print them digitally. The printer was beginning to develop clogging issues at that time, and it was frustrating for me to do frequent head cleaning. I should say, though, that when the machine behaved the black and white prints were really stunning.  I am selling the machine as-is, as I cannot attest to the level of difficulty of successfully cleaning the heads/nozzles. I am not enough of a tech person to be able to tell if it can be cleaned or whether it will require servicing.  I comes complete with the catch basket, the original software and manuals, the inks that are already loaded as well as a chip-resetter for the maintenance tank. I found that chip to be very helpful in order to be able to reuse the tank and save the money and the waste of purchasing new maintenance tanks. No paper is included. Free pickup in Brooklyn New York. I have a driveway for easy load-in.
