Black plexi cover for receipt paper compartment has broken latch underneath so plexi is a bit loose; still secured in place. Printer has been tested and powers on and prints with blank spaces every so often; suggesting that the printhead needs to be repaired or replaced. Printer is sold AS-IS and listed for parts or repair only.
