Available with either flat or grooved plates on the top and bottom, this full-top panini grill is equipped with heavy-duty cooking plates made from fine-grain cast iron and powerful, 3 kW heating elements that give the grill quick recovery times and incredibly even heat distribution. Additionally, the top plate is counter-balanced and constructed with an adjustable spring for precise control.
