If your card reader is this type and it no longer reads your cards (doesn't show a green light when the card is presented) we can likely repair it. We've repaired nearly a hundred for a large copier company and have three years experience with the units. We have a full setup to test them on a network with a copier and back end server to ensure they are in working condition before we send them back. Please be sure that your model is the same as shown - Y591-EHID-101 and that your plug is the round 9 pin kind shown. We will email you shipping instructions including customs codes if necessary. Once the unit arrives we will repair it in one day and ship it back out the next. If we are unable to repair the unit we will give you a full refund, and we will pay the shipping to return the unit. (units that have been worked on before are not eligible for this offer.)
