Erika Type 2/36 36 part semi automatic dough divider rounder for sale. This unit is in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically. Comes with 3 plates. 3 phase 200 volt. This rounder divider makes .75 oz to 2.5 oz dough balls though I have gotten this model to round 3 oz with flour and water. I took the time to clean the head thoroughly though it is impossible to get every bit of dough out of it. I made sure the pivot pins are able to be removed, so you can crack the head over and clean it from the inside. I made sure all the springs are intact and working as they should. In many of these machines there is so much crud built up that you are not able to remove these pins and clean inside. Another thing I ensure is that after you compress the blades onto the plate and pull lever, the cutting mechanism will snap back into place this is an indication that the head is clean enough to allow this to happen it also indicates that the springs are working correctly. I would advise you not to buy any divider rounder here on eBay that does not have a picture of the knives to show that they are all there. I know of two that are listed now that are missing blades.
