At our option, we substitute/refund damaged or lost product at the time the insurance claim is paid. All Items must be returned with all original contents and components with prior authorization. Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We pay shipping to send replacement back. In case of damaged parcel: Carrier might damage items during shipping. PAYMENTS We accept PayPal and only ship to a confirmed address. We accept E-Check through PayPal, Will ship after checks clears. Checkout is expected within 3 days of auction close and payment within 4 days. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 4 days. SHIPPING All orders are processed within 24 hrs of receipt of payment. Will be shipped within 1-3 business days. The tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when items are shipped. International buyers: If you use USPS please be informed that USPS has neither tracking nor insurance for your packages outside of USA.
