I bought a 50 pound box of ESAB brand 7024 spec 3/16" welding rods. It will take me forever to use this much heavy duty electrode so I thought I'd share. I have looked high and low and no retailer I know of sells this electrode in less than 50 pound quantities. Here is your chance to get a small trial sample of 2 rods to see if you like it. You will be surprised by how much you can weld with one rod. I wish someone was selling sample packs, I had to buy these rods on faith and hope that my machine would run them.  I have tested these electrodes my self and they run flawlessly on 230amps DC, I also love running this rod on AC too. I have seen them used on as little as 190amps. This is heavy duty electrode, it is 3/16 inch, not to be confused with much smaller 3/32 rod. 7024 is for welding flat surfaces and flat tee joints. It will run AC or DC and this heavy duty rod demands 180amps bare minimum. This auction is for 2 electrodes, shipped first class mail. If you want more or less let me know, I can send an invoice. Shipping will be via UPS to the lower 48. I will send them further but shipping will quoted by a carrier of your choosing, or I will pick the cheapest one. No returns accepted, the actual shipping will be equal to or greater than the cost of the item its self. Be sure befor you bid. I can answer most questions, I do use these welding rods my self. I am not one of those ebay sellers who knows nothing about what they are selling.
