eScience Labs General Chemistry Version 3 Kit This chemistry kit is barely used and is in great condition. Although a few items are missing (described below), most items are brand new and have never been used before. Included are supplies for 26 labs. The following paragraph is a decsription of the kit from eService Labs web site: The General Chemistry Lab Kit includes 26 labs covering concepts ranging from fundamental nomenclature to advanced titrations and electrochemical activity. Hands-on experiments accompany each lab to apply theories and provide an engaging learning experience for students. The kit incorporates an inquiry-based approach while providing the guidance needed to safely perform the procedures in the included lab manual. Green techniques are integrated throughout the manual to deliver a safe and environmentally-friendly experience. Includes digital lab manual. Every kit purchase includes access to our online content designed to supplement the hands on experiments, provide pre-lab exercises, and re-enforce important concepts. Everything that is included is in complete, working condition. However, a quick review of the packing list included with the kit indicates the following items may be missing: 100 ml graduated cylinder, general chemistry version 3 lab manual cd, thermometer, 100 ml plastic beaker (please note three 250 ml beakers are included), rubber stoppers for glass tubes and flask, 250 ml glass beaker, 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask glass/plastic, 3-in rigid tubing, 30 ml syringe, 50 ml plastic beaker, 6-in rigid tubing, 600 ml glass beaker, funnel, measuring spoon, 12-in flexible tubing, scale, stir rod, styrofoam cups, missing 6 of 10 resealable bags, soda can. According to the eService Labs web site, replacement items can be ordered to supplement the missing items. They can be contacted by email (help@esciencelabs.com) or telephone (888-375-5487). They have live customer support 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Standard Time (10 to 7 ET) Monday-Friday, and answer all emails within 12 hours on weekends. Of the 26 labs included in this kit, labs number 21 (oxidation-reduction titrations) and 22 (separation by chromatography) are missing. All the other labs/experiments are included.
