Signal Brush Block for GE HiSpeed Series CT, GE Part # 46-297839 Rev 2 or 46-297839G1 Alt. GE Part#: 2189175 Replaces Part# 46-297839G1 Manufactured by Electro-Tek Corp aka ETC part # 1021036 This block came from GE as a new part. It wasn't needed, so it was stocked as a spare part. It should still be like new, but a couple of the tips look shorter than the others. There are no wear marks, and it was only removed from its package recently.. I tried to show the tips in the pictures, and I marked the shortest tip with a red arrow, but a couple of them have various heights. There is no indications of damage, so it could be normal. I'd rather be safe and offer it as used. This brush block was removed from a CT gantry that was damaged during delivery, and ended up sitting in the OEMs warehouse for several years. It had not been installed or used, and the damage was structural in nature. Other, more sensitive, parts were used in other applications with no problems.
