Some items require a return to be approved prior to shipment by calling us at the number in the listing or sending us a message. We DO NOT accept returns on some items after they have been installed, including but not limited to Gaskets, Seals, Belts, Electronic Parts, Filters, and Bearings. If you simply purchased the wrong part we will accept a return but the item must be as it was received, shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, and there will be a 20% restocking fee minus the original shipping cost. Contact us if you receive the wrong item or a defective item. These sometimes have gray areas so they need to be addressed as they come but we will solve the issue in one way or another. International Shipping - We use the eBay Shipping Center for all International packages. The cost is lower with this service and the import taxes will be calculated at the time of purchase and prepaid by eBay so there are no surprises. We will NOT ship the item ourselves to manipulate the taxes that will be due. Any import taxes or other fees that may be due from shipping to an International location. Large Packages - All packages over a certain size or over 75lb MUST be shipped using UPS, USPS does not handle packages this large. Most of these items are listed using calculated shipping.
