This Everflo EF2200 12-Volt Diaphragm Pump makes a great replacement pump for agricultural sprayers and spot sprayers, and is quite useful to use for fluid transfer applications. Perfect for low flow, low pressure applications when flows up to 2.2 GPM and pressures up to 70 PSI are required. Its Viton valves, Santoprene diaphragm, and polypropylene housing make this Everflo electric diaphragm pump suited to handle weed control, pest control, insect control, and agricultural spraying applications involving the use of herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, liquid fertilizers, Round-Up, and other hard-to-handle fluids. Featured on the Everflo EF2200 Diaphragm Pump is a flow demand switch that is designed to automatically turn the pump on and off when flow is required. When turned on, the pump primes itself, then shuts itself off once reaching pressure. When the flow continues, the pump automatically restarts. Because of this, demand pumps do not require the use of a pressure regulator. Just keep in mind that balanced flow is required for demand pumps. If the nozzle is too small on the spray gun or spray boom, flow may be restricted which would result in your demand pump shutting off. To filter out contaminates that may enter your pump and clog it, we recommend purchasing the TeeJet AA122-1/2-PP-16 Poly Line Strainer. Specifications: Max. Flow: 2.2 GPM (8.3 LPM) Max.
