THE OFFERING--- The Tig welder is an Everlast  Powertig 250 EX. bought new in 2011 . It is a 250 amp DC/AC inverter Tig/Stick welder with 2T, 4T torch and pedal control, upslope/downslope, ac balance and frequency controls, pulse, square wave, etc. As I said, the high frequency start function does not work. It only works as a scratch start Tig. DC definitely works. AC comes on but I am not sure one way or the other if it is 100%. The welder has not been dropped or abused, or used very much.
