Preferred Admin Experts is a Business Reporting Services company where we both analyze and organize company data into professional MS Excel Spreadsheets using advanced formulas and functions, pivot tables and charts etc. This service is what we specialize in. We create custom templates and dashboards for clients based on the data that they provide to us. Each finished product contains a "Detail" tab that contains the detailed data. In most cases we re-organize the data to make to easier to read and skim for important details. We also add formulas and calculations needs to compute values that need to be measured based on the client's preference. We then lock the cells that contain calculations with a password that we supply to you, so that calculation are not altered accidentally when entering new data. Then we create an "Analysis" tab. This tab included charts and tables, drop down menu's (data validation) etc. This tab in print ready and formatted with your company logo and headers and footers including page numbers. You will simply need to hit refresh to refresh all of the charts and tables at once when new data is added to the "Detail" tab. Once this is created once, the process can easily be duplicated for any data that you have on a weekly or monthly basis. ***Please note that we do not work with MACROS or VBA, and we do not program spreadsheet to automatically retrieve new data All work is done virtually. This item purchases 4 hours of work (at $50 hourly) and is meant for complex reports. One Detail Tab, including all of the information that you supply to me consolidated and organized. Original data can be from PDF, MS Word etc, it does not have to already be in Excel format. This tab will also include any calculations or formulas that need to be added to get your desired result. Any cells containing formulas will be locked with a password that I will provide to you, to ensure that the data can be updated easily without creating errors. 2. One Analysis Tab, including charts and tables, your company logo, page number and you contact information.
