For your consideration, today we are offering ONE BEAUTIFUL HEATHKIT MODEL IT-28 CAPACITOR TESTER , TESTED AND WORKING ! In very good physical condition, this capacitor tester, was given a basic bench test. It measures capacitors accurately, utilizing the eye, as well as applies voltage, when switched to leakage test mode. You can watch the capacitor "reform", utilizing the eye. The case of the unit is generally in very nice condition, with only very minor scuffs or wear.  This is a later production IT-28, and also appears to either be a factory built unit, or it was assembled by a very skilled person, as the soldering, and lead dress inside the unit is superior. This is one of the most desirable capacitor testers out there! While the unit has been tested, and is in good working order, it is a vintage piece of electronic gear, and is sold as is, but guaranteed to be as described. A great addition to your workbench!
