This is a really cleverly designed and hinged hard plastic box/ clipboard in beautiful, lightly used condition with just light scratches that you would get with normal use. There are no dents, major scratches or damage. Pictures show tha actual item you will receive. There is a good amount of storage space for forms inside the main, hinged box compartment. Under the hinged top tray, there is compartment space for small stationery items such as clips, bands etc. Would be great for delivery drivers or or anyone who works with documents outdoors. I have owned this item since new and took good care of it. Outside dimensions 12.25" x 9.75" x 1.85" at its widest points. Box has a slight tapered shape. Clipboard area will accommodate an 11.5" x 9.5" sized document. Interior box storage area will accommodate max. 11.5"x 9.5" documents. Inside, it is approx. 1.25" deep at the lower half and 0.5" deep at the top half. Should accomodate 25 forms or so. These things are expensive in the stores. Get this one for a bargain price.
