   The Sencore VG91 is an excellent signal source for testing all NTSC TVs and video monitors. Introduced circa 1990, it cost new $2400+, but you can now get it for just a tiny fraction, still working just fine, from me, with 90 days guaranty (at BIN). What makes it unusual among NTSC pattern generators is that it can broadcast on any RF or cable channel (most only gave you a choice of 2 or 3), as well as line level baseband video. Also unusual, it offered Svideo out for testing even the best monitors to the best resolution that could be expected. It also included MTS stereo sound encoder (also unique among such gens). It was designed to mate with a TVA92 to offer all the capability of the older VA62A (and more) to troubleshoot any stage of a tv by divide and conquer methods with all needed injection signals for any and all stages.    I realize very few restore TVs these days, but at least having one of these VG91s lets you quickly pick which TVs are worth keeping, and which to toss out without even removing the back cover.   Photo shows its internal VIR signal sent out on line #19 on a scope. Oscilloscope is not part of this sale (but I sell them too). Since I have/had several, photo may not be of the one you'll get, but all look and work equally nicely. I also have TVA92 and VC93, and they are cheaper... ask if you need...      Offers for less than BIN may curtail or delete some of my value adding services.     I ship worldwide.  International Airmail does not offer  tracking and delivery confirmation, which Paypal & Ebay require, so no USPS please. UPS, FEDEX, and ebay's Global Shipping Program do offer good tracking.
