Working fine Leader LCG398B Secam Generator, in very good condition (spent most of its life resting on shelf). Unit works on 115 volts currently, but I can switch it to 230V for you. Made in Japan in the 1980s (thru-hole, not SMT). Besides baseband 1Vpp into 75 ohms output, RF is available on VHF and UHF from 50 to 800MHz. Besides color bars, patterns include some for convergence, freedom from geometric distortion, and gray scaling. There are also selector switches on the back to account for national variations such as modulation polarity and visual-to-aural carrier separation. I have a multi system TV/monitor which confirms proper operation. Research indicates its new price was $1300, about a fifth of what I'm asking. Cosmetics are excellent too.  Leader concurrently made an equivalent identical looking model called LCG399A for PAL - if you'd rather get a PAL unit instead, I am willing to substitute it (same price, same excellent condition, just let me know when you pay).
