  Excelta Tweezer Meter, R-C-L, IntelliTweeze, TM-500 USED LIKE NEW Quickly evaluate all types of SMD components with just one hand. R-L-C meter in a tweezer automatically measures inductance, capacitance, resistance, voltage and continuity/open test. Shows polarity of diodes and identifies shorting. Measures DC voltage 100uV to 800mV. Represents AC voltage with picture similar to an oscilloscope. Holds readings indefinitely. Precision gold-plated replaceable tips are specially designed to work with small components. Rechargeable 3.7V LiPO battery. Includes: charging cradle and carry case.
