You must send us your defective machine in exchange 1) Replace your defective 6mb, dual comm mode verifone vx570/5700 credit card payment machine with a working terminal (non EMV) , no power adapter (use your existing adapter) 2) Ship your defective exchange terminal to Card System Technologies Attn: Enchange Dept 2012A Morris Ave Union NJ 07083 no contract required, 1 yr warranty.
