These controllers are used, fully functional, and in marvelous condition. All items are returned within 60 days and come with a 365-day warranty. The Exfo/Burleigh Aris 3344 (SPM) and 950 ULN Controllers for Electronic Scanning Probe Microscopy are high-resolution devices that allow for precision control and rapid actuation of drive elements. These controllers can operate from one to three axes independently or simultaneously in open or closed-loop mode, and can be controlled manually or remotely with TTL signals or RS-232 protocols. The Aris 3344 (SPM) Controller features magnification from 1-5k, X and Y limits, SPM monitor of bias voltage, and various force/current controls. The ARIS-950ULN Controller is specifically designed to control Inchworm Motors for the rigors of probe-to-sample positioning in Scanning Probe Microscope applications. The clamping signals are shaped to provide the smoothest possible motion and allow for highest imaging resolution. Overall, the Exfo/Burleigh Aris 3344 (SPM) and 950 ULN Controllers are reliable and efficient tools for those working in the field of electronic scanning probe microscopy.
