We will credit your account, 150% of the price!!   Product Description kolorMATRIX Coatings has formulated a fast drying multi purpose high gloss ink designed for a wide range of materials, eliminating the need to carry a large inventory of different types of inks. Ideal for P.O.P and other general display application, indoor or outdoor use. . The Excell (EXL) Series is a high gloss ink with very good opacity, exccellent scuff, water and outdoor resistance. Recommended Substrates Polystyrene, ABS, polycarbonate, vinyl, PVCtop coated polyester, pressure sensitive vinyl, rigid vinyl, coated and uncoated paper, card stock, signs, decals and some coated metals. Specifications Drying: By solvent evaporation .EXL Series dries within 15-30 minutes at normal room temperature or can be jet dried 20 to 45 seconds at 150 °F. to 200 °F. Allow more time between prints for multiple color jobs. Thinning : May be used straight from the can but it is recommended to thin 5 - 15% by weight with TH910 Slow Thinner . Wash-Up: TH910 Slow Thinner. TH 902 Wash-Up Coverage: 2000 - 2500 sq/ft per gallon. Die Cutting/Creasing: Can be successfully die-cut or creased but should be tested prior to production . Metallics: EXL Series Metallic Mixing Clear is supplied to use in mixing metallic powders and pastes.
