A replacement part will be issued ONLY after customer has sent prior email notification (including serial numbers) to us and then shipped the item in question (shipping paid for by purchaser). Once received, and we have verified the items authenticity **. The item in question will be tested (about to 2 weeks). If the item is found to be faulty a replacement part will be issued and the item in question will be repaired and brought to good working order (about 2 weeks). At which point the item will be shipped back to the customer at no charge (about 1 week). **Any items received that have had the security seals broken or otherwise show signs of tampering or should any of the serial numbers not matching. No replacement part will be issued and the item in question will not be fixed. But instead, returned at customer’s expense.
