This looks to have been presented by BAUSCH & LOMB, for their 'Soft - Lite Lenses.' This features '6 Different Charts.' One Chart Card shows '7 Different Languages': French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Hungarian, and Yiddish. This is a Hardback Booklet. SPECIFICS: PICTURES: I'm showing several pictures; This is so you might get a better view; Please incorporate, consider, & use the pictures as an integral part of the description; They should be of assistance regarding the Quality & Condition. MEASUREMENTS: The background is divided into 1" Squares; This should be of assistance with the dimensions. CHART CARDS: These are 'Double Sided;' What you see in the pictures is the exact same on the reverse of each card. TEXT: Greater Comfort Better Appearance; BAUSCH & LOMB; Printed in U.S.A. CONDITION: BOOKLET: The booklet is in 'ROUGH' condition; There is tape residue (No Tape) on the covers; The tape was originally placed to help hold the binding edge, (You can see this in the pictures); The pictures show some tape on the bottom edge; That came off when I took the pictures; I guess the adhesive dried up on the tape. CHART CARDS: These are in 'Good' condition; Two of the cards are 'Yellowed & Dingy' (It looks like the booklet had been left in the open position with the first 2 Charts exposed); The other 4 Charts / Cards are whiter, with just some yellowing around the edges. CHARTS / CARDS: 1. English; 2. (7) Different Languages, (French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Hungarian, & Yiddish); 3. Musical Notes; 4. Playing Cards; 5. a. Phone Book Names & Numbers, b. Train Schedule (I think), Stock Market Newspaper Quotes, Short hand (I think). 6. Numbers & Silhouette Shapes. TRANSLATION: I would guess all 7 languages translate about the same; I checked out 2 of the languages using an online translator, (German & Spanish); You can see they roughly translate to the first paragraph on the English Chart. The rough translations are: GERMAN -They act well in it, on the only Pair of eyes which you will ever own to pay attention you know very well how valuable they are and that you can never have another pair from this. SPANISH - You are sensible in taking care of the only pair of eyes that you will be able to have it is known the valuable thing that they are and that will never be able to replace them for such a reason with pleasure it will receive the recommendation of using. So is it better now...or now? EYE CHART! SOFT-LITE! HARD BACK BOOK CHART! 8 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES! ENGLISH! FRENCH! ITALIAN! GERMAN! SPANISH! POLISH! HUNGARIAN! YIDDISH! 6 DIFFERENT CHARTS!
