We must be notified within 30 days of receipt for exchanges. Any shipping discrepancy or damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. In the rare event an item is missing, we will process your claim and send out the missing item(s) promptly. If the product is damaged, we will replace it at no charge.
