Delivery will be completed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM, but lift-gate is not included unless noted. Inspect all shipments carefully before signing and accepting products from any freight company. If products are accepted with damage, freight companies will not pay for the repairs or replacement. Concealed freight damage should be reported to the shipping company immediately. Please keep all crating materials for possible return. Items returned must be in new condition. Damages or shortages must be identified at the time of delivery. Please record the information on the bill of lading before the delivery person leaves.
