This is the breakdown of the work performed on the Faema: Faema E61 Legend 3 Group Full teardown and rebuild Replaced: Boiler w/ original Faema Unit Pressure-stat Water Probe Safety Valve Heating Element Group Gaskets Group Fixed Screens Portafilters for Group Handles (2 - 2 cup, 1 - 1 cup) Extended Stem Wands Steam / Hot Water Valve Knobs Water Inlet Solenoid Valve All Gaskets and O-rings Various Burnt Wires / Connectors Rebuilt: Groups (full teardown replacing all gaskets and o-rings) Steam / Hot Water Valves (full teardown replacing all gaskets and o-rings) Sight Glass (Water Level) Pump Vacuum Breaker Water Inlet / Distribution Valve (full teardown replacing all gaskets and o-rings) All tubes and parts were torn down and soaked in de-calcifying and de-greasing solutions and then all thoroughly hand cleaned, polished and rebuilt.
