Totally restored Famco #0 1/2-ton rated arbor press.  This is the third one I've done and I know these presses inside and out.  The unit has been stripped down to smallest individual parts, de-greased, de-rusted with a chelating solution for long-term protection, primed, and painted with high temperature VHT wrinkle paint on all surfaces including the bottom, then oven-cured at 175° for two hours for a durable finish. New fasteners where required. Bronze wear plates have been lapped for smooth rack operation.  Steel parts buffed out and solid steel ball ends pressed and peened onto handle for a comfortable grip. This unit is ready to go to work now and is very sturdy for its size.  Perfect for smaller shop pressing jobs like bearing seals, etc.  Also a good size for hobby crafters doing snaps, buttons, and leather work. Working height with the four-position anvil installed is 3-3/4" and 4-3/8" with the anvil removed. Will ship anywhere in the continental U.S. for $25 in secure packaging that can safely handle the press' weight without damage.
