We use USPS services for most of residential deliveries, and FedEx Ground for most of business deliveries. We reserve the right to modify the shipping method to the most economical option. Shipping Damage If the shipment arrived damaged, please note it with the delivery courier/driver and contact us immediately. WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY: All of our products have 14 days warranty/return period, beginning the date of delivery. To qualify for return/refund product must be returned in purchased condition with all of the labels/markings intact.
