WARRANTY INFORMATION: Unless otherwise noted, all our units are fully refurbished and tested before they are entered into our inventory system. Any unit that is refurbished comes with a 6 month warranty, parts and labor. If there is a need to put in a warranty claim, we will fax you paperwork that needs to be returned with the unit. If we have an exchange unit available, we will send that out as an exchange to you. If no exchange stock is available, then we will provide you with instructions for sending the unit for repair; typically, our repair time is 1-2 days. Buyer agrees to pay all shipping charges to return the defective unit; we will pay the shipping charges to send the exchange or repaired unit back to you.
