Liability Please understand that managing tools and machinery can be dangerous, our items weight can go from a couple of pounds to hundreds or even thousands. For this reason we have to limit local pick-ups to the use of forklift on items heavier than 100 lbs. If our customers bring help along to load their items, customer will have to sign a General Form of Release of Liability or bring their own insurance. Please note that a $25.00 loading fee will apply if Forklift Services required. Unless stated in the listing above. FREIGHT Freight charges on the invoice will be from FedEx Freight. Please call for pricing on items that require custom skid or custom crating. We encourage our customers to arrange their own shipping on items that cannot be shipped through FedEx ground (items over 150 Lbs.) A $25.00 Loading fee will apply unless stated in the listing. Click here for more information. CLAIMS In the event that your item gets damaged during shipment please following the steps below. Damaged packages. 1) Keep all original packing together as the carrier may require it to process the claim. 2) Take clear photos of the box & item showing the damage. 3) Send all photos to us via eBay messages & provide a short description on what is broken. Damaged pallets. If your shipment shows visible signs of damage, immediately ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. Then write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt. 1) Keep all original packing together as the carrier may require it to process the claim. 2) Take clear photos of the pallet/item before offloading. 3) Send all photos to us via eBay messages & provide a short description on what is broken. Once all that information is received we will contact the carrier and submit a claim. *Freight claims only apply if 1MachinerySales arranged the freight* Due to the investigation process It may take up to 10 business days to process a claim.
