Fanuc Part number is A06B-6064-H315 # H550 or A06B-6064-C322 & the part number on the top card is A20B-2000-0220/04B & on the bottom card it is A20B-1004-0740/04B. It also comes with the Unit Mounting adapter & the part number is A06B-6059-K032. This is a Fanuc Servo Amplifier Unit. I believe the picture shows all. Removed from a working system.
