Sears Farm Master pasteurizer model number 137-46 F.  I don't know how to test these but I put some water in it and turned it on.  When it got hot I checked it several times and it was holding at about 148 degrees.  Then I refilled it to "Milk Level" line with water and turned it on.  The full cycle took about 1 hour and 15 minutes (I opened it once to check the temp. which was 148 degrees).  I'm not positive about the time because I'm a dope and forgot to write it down.  When the timer is done it makes an obnoxious buzz until it is turned off.  I will answer any questions the best I can. Thank you:)
