Farm Sprayer GPS Country Edition has two modes. A circle tracking mode highlights the portion of the field you have sprayed at the boom width that you enter. Line mode places parallel lines at the width you input and then as you travel the area is filled in similar to the circle mode. An acre counter in the line guidance mode estimates how much ground you have covered. Also included is an acre highlighter tool which allows you to determine how big a field is. Metric units are also accessible on the device for Ha and kph! A ground speed indicator will help you apply the right amount of chemical or plant correctly. Farm Sprayer GPS uses Google Maps. Many find this a lot easier to navigate than a blank screen. Don't have WIFI? No worries. Farm Sprayer GPS only needs WIFI to save the maps at first. Once you have saved the maps on the tablet you can take it out to the field without internet. It can also be used without WIFI at all, but it is much handier to have the map backgrounds! You can set the width of your boom, tillage equipment, or even planter and Farm Sprayer GPS will highlight that area on the map as you travel Line travel mode will project parallel lines for you to follow that are boom width apart. A heading line is projected for you to line up with the parallel lines. Farm Sprayer GPS is android based meaning you get the powerful tool of field guidance, plus a tablet that you can take into the home and use for other business.
