Customer Service Return Policy Culinary Depot is committed to making your online shopping experience a pleasurable one - we therefore offer a customer friendly return policy. We will gladly accept returns on all unused items that are still in their original packaging, with the exception of custom items and equipment with optional accessories. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost and a up to a 25% restocking fee on all items and up to 35% on walk-in boxes. Please notify us of any returns within 48 hours of delivery. Any returns after that, but within 15 days, may be subject to an additional surcharge. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Damaged Items Culinary Depot does all it can to assure that your item is shipped safely and securely. Please mark the box clearly with this number and include a copy of the invoice you received along with the item you are returning. Due to the fragility of glass and china, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival to you. Therefore, we ask that any orders of glass or china be inspected upon arrival. If the item comes back to us in used or open box condition, there will be in addition to the shipping charges, a 10% processing fee deducted from the issued store credit.
