We have had it for 5 months and have had the gears replaced twice, and there has been a sensor problem from the beginning. It runs non stop. It has only ran for maybe 10 hours total, with about 100 total fill-ups. It only takes 2-3 papers now or else it jams. It's a horrible machine.
