The paper shredder has some issues and I will classify it for Parts or Repair. The display shows that there is a paper jam but there is nothing stuck.  I cleaned the unit out as you can see in the pictures. I also used paper shredder oil to clean and lubricate it. I have taken pictures of the top and bottom side of the blades to show how clean it is. I tested several stacks of paper as well as cardboard and CD/DVD's to see it operate. It had no problem shredding. Due to the sensor showing that there is a paper jam you have to continue to hold the forward button down while inserting objects to be shredded so this item will be sold as-is.
