There are wheels and folding handles on both ends. Comes with both the lap and torso restraint straps. When in the stretcher position it has an adjustable backrest. Everything is here and working properly. There is some sign of normal use ( pen marks 2 small tears) . The handles fold as designed and there are no dents, repairs or deformity to the frame. The Orange upholstery is good and is firmly attached to the frame (Tape Residue on chair). The wheels are rolling smooth and the restraints are working properly. All folding joints are working properly. I cannot find a model number on this but I am certain it is a 107C.
