(Yes, someday, I do need to get some more furniture, but till then....) They snap together, are sturdy, and I think worth the slightly high price - which is why I keep buying them. Recommend. They have tons of room, and are very strong and stackable. They're very attractive, especially is you like a contemporary, urban look, and are a great storage solution for those who live in small spaces. They look much better stacked on shelves or in a corner than ugly plastic tubs. I have them in several sizes. The only drawback is that if you fill them with heavy items, you must be careful when moving the boxes while full or the snaps can pop open. This, however, is to be expected since they are, after all, made of cardboard, and you can't expect miracles for just a few bucks. Well worth the price.
