30 cu ft Automatic Hydraulic 1200 mm with 25 Gasketed Plates Heavy duty Carbon Steel construction frame. Coated with 2 part epoxy coating.  Safety blue. PCV piping manifold. Air blow-down included Automatic Hydraulic pump and cylinder. Polypropylene placet with Buna N O-ring cord Polypropylene cloths. 3-5 micron, mono-multi weave Sludge spatula included. 40" long Diaphragm Pump 3" Polypropylene The diaphragm pump is bolted to a base welded to the filter press leg bottom.  The pump outlet is plumbed to the filter press inlet center feed pipe via a flexible hose to isolate pump wink shock to the center feed pipe.  Air filter, regulator and oiler are also included. Automatic Pump Control System This has four timers that will be set by the end user in the field.  Each timer is associated with a feed pressure regulator to the diaphragm pump.  Feed pressure will step up as the timers sequence from on to the next, up to the last pressure of 100 PSI max. Automatic Plate Shifter Operator will activate and the shifter will advance to the next plate automatically and shift the plate.  Dumpsters Made of 1/4" carbon steel with the two part epoxy coating in safety blue.  Each dumpster has four steel wheels, two that swivel; fork tubes for a fork truck to lift and hold over a larger container so that the operator can pull the latch  pin and allow the dumpster to tilt and dump the sludge.
